.Refunds & Credits for Window Cleaners
UK Window Clean does not provide refunds to window cleaners or subcontracted companies under any circumstances related to customer dissatisfaction, cancellations, or perceived poor service after the job has been carried out.
We act solely as a lead generation and job acquisition agent. Once a job has been purchased and the clean has been completed, it becomes the sole responsibility of the cleaner or cleaning company to manage the relationship, including:
- Customer satisfaction
- Ongoing service
- Re-cleans or complaints
We will only consider offering a credit or replacement job to the window cleaner if the clean has not yet taken place. In such cases, UK Window Clean will investigate the matter, confirm with the customer, and verify the situation. If we determine that the claim is false or misleading, we reserve the right to:
- Reject the request, and
- Apply a £30 administration charge to the cleaner’s account for time and resources spent investigating the false claim.
Appraisals, Pricing & Liability
All job pricing is based on the customer-submitted information, supported where possible by satellite imagery (e.g., Google Earth) and internal assessment. UK Window Clean does not guarantee the accuracy of this information and accepts no liability for misinformation or imagery inaccuracies.
By purchasing a job, the window cleaner or company accepts the appraisal and agrees that it is fair and calculated to the best of our ability. No refunds will be issued due to discrepancies in property details.
Disclaimer of Guarantees
UK Window Clean does not guarantee:
- How long a customer will remain on service
- Future earnings or repeat cleans from any job
We charge 2.7x the price of the initial clean to cover marketing, acquisition, admin, and customer contact efforts. The cleaner is responsible for delivering high-quality service and converting the customer into a long-term client.
All calls and communication are recorded for quality and verification purposes.
